When you purchase a Physical backup addon we save your data in 2 categories. Master Copy and Secondary Copy into 2 sections.
That is, your website data is stored on the first external SSD hard disk called master copy and your website data is stored on the second external SSD hard disk called secondary copy. Because your website data is valuable to us, we give our utmost protection to your website data.

Hosting is a cloud storage space that works with the help of an electronic hardware (SSD Hard disk) and software. If its hard disk fails beyond repair, there is a chance that your website data will be lost.
So after completing the website creation, it would be good for you to take a local backup and keep it. Please note that Hostkerala will not be held responsible if your website data is compromised in any way.
To keep website data safe, you can log in to your website cpanel and go to the Backup section, then you can download your website backup and store it on your computer.
Otherwise, if you buy hosting from HostKerala and buy physical backup addon, our team will copy your backup and keep it on our hard disk.
